FORGETTING KEYS! This time it was not my house keys but keys to my grandmother’s residence. I was supposed to help my aunt to set up her brand new computer during one of my camp-off days. So I jolly well equipped myself with my mp3 player, diary to plan for my birthday, cards and everything else that I might probably need. The journey was simple and fast. Then the time came. Just before I could possibly tap my ‘Ez-link’ rd onto the reader, something in my mind questioned me.
“Where are your keys?” uh oh! thats it. I freaked out for a moment. And I had like 3 hours of time to kill before my aunts and grand mother returns home. I tried calling bharathi and yogeswari. Yogeswari was just reaching home. So I tried bharathi. And thankfully, she was out. So she agreed to meet me at Jurong.
I immediately took a train and managed to catch to up with her. We pretty had a jolly time chatting over two Macdonald sundaes. YOu are wrong if you are thinking that, we each had one sundae. Both sundaes were eaten by me. LOL. I could not resist the temptation!
Catching up at my grandmother’s place. My grandmother made her reowned tea for me. and my aunt who realised I was fasting for panghuni, bought me all kinds of snacks from inipu kachan to HL milk. It is a time of great memories to stay in that house and think of those old times.
I just feel lucky at times. Thank the God who graces us with HIS LOVE!
ps: Special Thanks to Bharathi who helped me to kill time and made time worthful by catching up with her. Thanks Bharathi !
